Minimum Order Quantities Apply

As custom colours are manufactured specifically for your order, minimum order quantities apply. Requirements may vary depending on the product, colour, and production method. There are also no refunds permitted on made to order, custom colourway orders.

Production Time frames

As a general guide:

1–200 products: Approximately 2 weeks production time
200+ products: Approximately 3–4 weeks production time

Production time frames begin once artwork has been received, approved, and all order details have been confirmed.

These time frames are estimates only and many orders may be completed sooner than anticipated.

For the highest quality results, artwork should be supplied in:

Providing print-ready artwork helps us move your order into production faster and reduces approval delays.

If your artwork requires recreation, vectorisation, editing, or conversion, additional artwork fees and production time may apply.
