1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Dance Blanks website and any related services provided by Dance Blanks.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, colours, sizing information, and pricing are accurate.

However, colours may appear differently depending on individual screens and devices. Minor variations between product images and the final product may occur and do not constitute a fault.

All measurements and sizing guides are provided as a guide only.

3. Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Dance Blanks reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order where we believe fraudulent activity, pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or other issues have occurred.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed, produced, or dispatched.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timeframes provided on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Dance Blanks is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processes, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk and ownership of goods pass to the customer once the order has been delivered to the nominated delivery address.

6. Pre-Orders

Pre-order products are manufactured specifically for upcoming releases and may require extended production timeframes.

All pre-order products have an estimated production timeframe of approximately 1 month from the date pre-orders open, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Estimated production and delivery dates are provided as a guide only and may change due to manufacturing, freight, supplier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept these estimated timeframes.

7. Customisation Orders

Customised products include any item featuring custom logos, names, studio branding, event branding, artwork, or personalised elements.

Artwork Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate, print-ready artwork and information when placing an order.

For the best printing results and fastest turnaround times, all artwork should be supplied in Adobe Illustrator (.AI) or SVG vector format wherever possible. Vector artwork ensures designs can be scaled correctly and reproduced at the highest quality.

If vector artwork is not supplied, additional artwork fees may apply for file recreation, vectorisation, or design adjustments. These additional services may also extend production timeframes.

Delays caused by artwork revisions, corrections, approvals, missing files, low-resolution artwork, or inaccurate information may impact production timeframes.

Dance Blanks is not responsible for delays resulting from artwork that does not meet our printing requirements.

Dance Blanks is not responsible for errors that have been approved by the customer during the proofing process.

Customers should carefully review all artwork, spelling, sizing, colours, placement, and design details prior to approval.

By submitting artwork to Dance Blanks, you confirm that you own the rights to use the artwork or have obtained the necessary permissions to reproduce any logos, trademarks, images, or designs contained within the artwork.

Production Timeframes

Custom production timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on order size, artwork requirements, product availability, and production schedules.

As a general guide:

1–200 products: Approximately 2 weeks production time.
200+ products: Approximately 3–4 weeks production time.

These timeframes are estimates only and many orders may be completed sooner than anticipated.

Production timeframes commence once all artwork has been received, approved, and all required information has been provided.

8. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase and will comply with all obligations under Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind

We offer exchanges or store credit on eligible items where:

The item is returned within 14 days of delivery.
The item is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Original tags and packaging remain attached.
Proof of purchase is provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind:

Customised products.
Personalised products.
Made-to-order products.
Clearance or sale items.
Gift cards.

Customised Products

Due to the personalised nature of customised products, all sales are final once production has commenced. This includes custom printed products AND custom made to order colourway items.

Dance Blanks does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for customised products unless the item is faulty or the customisation differs substantially from the approved artwork.

Incorrect Size Selection

Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing charts and selecting the correct size prior to ordering.

Dance Blanks does not offer refunds or exchanges on customised products due to incorrect size selection by the customer.

9. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty under Australian Consumer Law, we may offer:

Repair;
Replacement;
Store credit; or
Refund.

Photographs and supporting information may be requested to assess the issue.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Dance Blanks website, including logos, branding, graphics, images, designs, product concepts, text, and marketing materials, remains the property of Dance Blanks and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Any artwork supplied by customers remains the property of the customer. By supplying artwork, the customer grants Dance Blanks permission to reproduce the artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dance Blanks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, website, or services.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights available to consumers under Australian Consumer Law.
