Processing Times

In Stock Items

All in-stock orders are packed and dispatched within 24 business hours of your order being placed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Pre-Order Items

From time to time, Dance Blanks releases exclusive products through a pre-order model.

All pre-order items have an estimated production timeframe of approximately 1 month from the date pre-orders open. This allows us to manufacture your items to the highest quality standards before dispatch.

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Throughout the production process, you will receive regular updates via email to keep you informed of your order's progress, including production milestones and dispatch notifications.

Please note that pre-order timeframes are estimates and may occasionally vary due to manufacturing or shipping factors outside of our control.

Customisation Orders

Dance Blanks offers customisation services for studios, teams, events, and businesses.

Estimated Production Timeframes

1–200 Products

Approximately 2 weeks production time.

200+ Products

Approximately 3–4 weeks production time.

These timeframes are estimates only and are provided as a general guide. Many orders may be completed sooner than anticipated depending on artwork approval, product availability, and current production schedules.

For larger projects or time-sensitive orders, we recommend contacting our team prior to placing your order so we can discuss your requirements and delivery expectations.

Artwork Requirements

To ensure the fastest possible turnaround, it is the customer's responsibility to provide artwork that meets our printing requirements at the time of ordering, that is in Adobe illustrator or SVG formats (vector).

Supplying print-ready artwork helps us move your order directly into production and reduces the likelihood of delays caused by artwork revisions, approvals, or file corrections.

If artwork requires adjustments, recreation, resizing, approval, or additional design work, production timeframes may be extended accordingly.

We recommend reviewing all artwork carefully before submission to ensure colours, sizing, spelling, placement, and design details are correct.

Order Updates

Once your custom order enters production, our team will keep you updated on the progress of your order via email.

Please note that production timeframes commence once all artwork has been received and approved where required. Delays in providing artwork or responding to approval requests may impact the estimated completion date.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Orders Containing Both In-Stock & Pre-Order Items

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be shipped once all items are available unless otherwise advised.

If you require your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order products.
